The LP was announced, among coming the year’s Connoisseur Series releases, in July 1964, and scheduled for issue in March 1965. “CE/3021” on flipback sleeve, “CE-3021” on labels. The LP is housed in a plain red inner sleeve, with a polythene liner inside that. The 1st pressing is identifiable by the flipback sleeve and the address combination (e.g. the Flinders Lane address has the number 330).
