Across eight tracks Van ranges from the familiar (Saint Dominics Preview, Listen To The Lion) to the less well known (Help Me), including covers of Everybodys Talkin and Misty never recorded for a studio album. Sound quality is excellent throughout and the record includes extensive sleevenotes with full recording credits.
