Released towards the end of the transition from the “S/” numbering to the “R-“, it has both numbers on the back of the sleeve, as “R 01902 (5788)”, with the blue ‘herald’ labels using the new system, viz. “R-01902”. Issued with 4-page 12″ x 12″ insert. Not issued on other formats. Laminate strip present down the right side of the rear of the sleeve.
