The album Miniature I & II by Ko Shin Moon released in 2022 got a repress in limited quantities and a special edition.

In 2020, the whole music industry shuts down and Ko Shin Moon returns to the studio. The duo dusts off an idea dear to their hearts: to collaborate with artists from different parts of the world on a collection of songs, grouped by geographical and cultural areas.

This is when Ko Shin Moon starts working on Miniature. With this new body of work, Ko Shin Moon are paying tribute to pop and folk cultures from Maghreb to India, gently inviting listeners to travel through space and time. Miniature is an accessible and non-exhaustive format that explores the musical traditions of a territory.

On this project, Ko Shin Moon invites craftsmen and craftswomen of this living heritage, instrumentalists and singers to collaborate with them.

Hence Miniature is a dialogue between traditional instruments, vocals and electronic sounds. Each piece develops its own identity between folk, psychedelic rock and synthetic music.
