Sleeve Condition:Generic
Notes:
During late 1951 and early 1952, EMI (Australia) briefly experimented with producing 78 rpm releases as vinyl pressings. This venture was not successful since the vinyl pressings did not stand up well to repeated use by the heavy pickups still generally in use at that time. After a shirt time they went back to the usual shellac pressings. A few of the more popular releases also exist as shellac pressings with the same catalogue number.
