Notes:

Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Housed in sturdy red box with gold lining. Mono and stereo versions have an identical box, with the same number on the spine (S/T4196-7-8) – the mono version has “T-4196”, “T-4197” and “T-4198” on beige ‘strobe’ labels, while the stereo has “ST-4196”, “ST-4197” and “ST-4198” on green ‘strobe’ labels. The stereo was issued with a medium “S” sticker on the front of the sleeve (which tends to drop off, as the texture if the cardboard is not smooth). The LPs are housed in windowed red sleeves with soft polythene liners. Includes 36-page booklet with libretto and side-by-side translation, cast and synopsis. No addresses or licensing text in the libretto. Issued again (stereo only) in December 1968 – variations unknown, but look for “S-” instead of “ST-” on the labels.
