As part of our continuing Suede30 campaign, Demon Records will be issuing Suedes fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth singles as highly collectable 7 picture discs, reproducing the original arresting cover images on the discs.

Released on 30th January 1995, the bands eighth single was New Generation, the third single to be taken from the Dog Man Star album. The single peaked at number 21 in the UK charts.

The B-side was Together, an early co-writing credit and the first released recording for Brett Anderson and new guitarist Richard Oakes. This song did not appear on Coming Up, the first album by the new line-up, released in 1996.
