Manchester’s finest, loudest, roughest and toughest sound systems – the Dub Smugglers step out from behind the scoops for their debut musical outing on NICE UP!. Being good friends of the label – sharing stages at festivals, clubs and even boat parties around Europe over the years it seemed only right a musical union should happen at some point – and here it is. Teaming up with Jamaican legend and veteran mic-man Burro Banton (recently heard on Chase & Status’ massive “Return II Jungle” album) they inject some new life into a classic dancehall rhythm bringing it bang up to date.

Burro does what he does best – lacing the track with his trademark hard and fast chatting, creating a modern classic. Road tested on one of the finest sound systems in the land, this definitely packs a heavy punch in the dance.
