Identical to the U.S. CD release of ‘[r=133867’ with black disc artwork / white text, except the Australian pressing has a slightly different matrix and some copies include a [l168056 mould SID code (ifpi 2661).

This compilation CD is housed in a jewel case with a clear plastic tray and a 16-page booklet.

The catalogue number ‘0777 7 89843 2 0’ is printed on the spines, while the cat# variation ‘C2 0777 7 89843 2 0’ is printed on the disc artwork. Another cat# variation is included on the jewel case hype sticker:
